Tues 9am PilatesFusion

This class is for all bodies willing and able to move and to have fun,60min class. All Levels Welcome ~

Wed 6pm YinYoga

This class is for all bodies who is ready to relax and do passive deeper stretching for connective tissues & Crystal Bowl in Savasana for added rejuvenation, 60min class. All Levels Welcome ~

FRI 9am Pilatesfusion

This class is for all bodies willing and able to move and to have fun, 60min class. All Levels Welcome ~

SAT 8.30AM KIRTAN

In this class we are seated and chant healing Mantras to center and connect to ourselves in a deeper level, 25min class. All Levels Welcome ~ THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD AT THE LIVERY SEP 19th

sat 9am yogaflow

Come to class for a flow of yoga poses sequenced to leave every part of our body turned and refreshed, class is taught in a fun uplifting way with yoga music, 60min class. All levels Welcome ~ THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD AT THE LIVERY SEP 19th

SUN 9am kriyayoga

In this class we will practice a designated Kriya, breath & movement, to release dormant & stagnant energy, and move deep from root to crown, especially the belly area, 60min class, All levels Welcome ~

This class is taught in the tradition of Kia Miller’s Radiant Body Yoga school.

sun 5pm yinyogareset

This class is for all bodies who is ready to relax and do passive deeper stretching for connective tissues & Harmonium and Mantra for closing. 75min class. All Levels Welcome ~
