Hi Friends,

Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving weekend and sending so much Gratitude to each of you for being a part of my yoga teachings in classes and yoga retreats and via my YouTube channel too, throughout the last 25 years.

Big Thanks to all of you along the way, Students & Teachers from Vaxjo, Telluride and the last 8 years also in Norwood and Nosara!!!

Im just back from MarieGreenYoga’s 8th Gratitude Yoga Retreat in Nosara, Costa Rica and more about this epic yoga trip where we tuned our chakras with yoga flow and yin yoga sessions, learned mala magic and a crash course in astrology and had our first tropical rain storm in next news letter, stay tuned!

Classes in Norwood are back up and running starting this Saturday Nov 30th for the winter season, I still have zoom open and for you who live far away you are welcome to join us there with a great group of zoom yoginis. I have upgraded to a new audio and the sound is smoother for the ears on zoom.

I have uploaded a new 50min SlowFlowYoga Practice from yesterday on my YouTube for you who would like to join me there, it's a detailed slow pace from toes to the top of the head and will stretch the whole body.

IM ALSO VERY GRATEFUL FOR MY 29 YEARS OF MASSAGE THERAPY AND ALL THE CLIENTS THAT HAVE TRUSTED ME ALONG THE YEARS TO KNIT BODY PARTS BACK TOGETHER, WICH HAVE TAUGHT ME A LOT THROUGHT MY YEARS IN MASSAGE THERAPY, FOR NOW IM MOVING FORWARD WITH MY NEXT CHAPTER AND WILL BE SPENDING MORE TIME INTO ANOTHER PASSION OF MINE, READING NATAL ASTROLOGY CHARTS, AS I LET MY AGEING MASSAGE THUMBS HEAL!
