HAPPY SUMMER🩷

Hello Everyone, wishing You a calm happy fun summer ahead!
I mainly send out weekly news letters to my community yoga group here in the south west of Colorado where I teach weekly classes at the Norwood newly built Library with great large meeting rooms for MarieGreenYoga classes as well as zoom. It is so fun! If You would like to be on Norwood only email weekly email list, let me know.
I have now been living in Norwood,CO for the last 9 years ( WHAT?)
After raising our 2 girls in Telluride for 25 years it feels really nice to be in the country-side having space and a garden, but also still absolutely loving traveling and hosting yearly Yoga Retreats in Costa Rica and even though Dawn and I took a pause this spring for our "Spring and Renew Retreat" it's in the making of happening April 2026, stay tuned for more info about returning to serene and lush Lumeria, Maui again, It will be Pilates & YinYoga+ Meditation Retreat.
For the month of June and July we meet for our community classes and if you live far away or would like to join from home and would like to join in via zoom, you can easily jump on by finding the zoom link on my class page, all classes are donation based at your convenience and I love for MarieGreenYoga community to meet on the mat and on the screen too!

This year I'm returning to be a presenter at the Telluride Yoga Festival that is taking place June 26-29th, so soon!

It's a yoga festival with world class teachers and so I'm proud and honored to be part of it. I'm teaching a Chakra Yoga Flow on Sunday June 29th at 2pm, where we will go through our main 7 Chakras with Yoga poses as well as chanting the sounds with the tunes of my harmonium.

GRATITUDE YOGA RETREAT NOV 8-15, 2025

This November will be the 9th consecutive year Dawn and I will be returning to Costa Rica to host another epic Gratitude Yoga Retreat at beautiful and luxurious open air jungle style BodhiTreeYogaResort.

At this time of writing we are a great group of 21, with 2 openings for a shared jungle queen room, reach out if you are interested in joining us or if you are interested in another type of room with a friend and we can inquire to add on rooms should you feel called to come along to practice yoga for chakras, talk astrology, yin yoga, eat delicious prepared meals and enjoy the premises of BodhiTreeYogaResort, shopping in Nosara and walking distance to Playa Guiones, and more!
