As we turn the corner into March and April MarieGreenYoga’s local classes continues at The Livery in Norwood ( all Norwood classes are also live streamed via zoom for you who would like to hop on for a class from your home or travel ) Please do also join me for YinYoga classes in Telluride at Practice Telluride. All classes are taught for all levels of participants and it’s always a good time to join in and get your body stretched, aligned and tuned with HathaYoga, Pilates and YinYoga. A repeat of our fall 21 day SP Complete Purification cleanse is up with intention to update our gut health and immune system and this time from March 22 to April 12th ( these dates are chosen since we enter Aries season on April 22nd and it’s really good time to spend time on taking care of our bodies ) This 21 day group session is free and with twice weekly zoom check up calls. This year I’m so very excited to be hosting 2 Retreats in Costa Rica at beautiful BodhiTreeYogaResort, Dawn and I begun our Retreats in 2016 and have grown over the years to twice yearly and it’s a great way to take a break from daily life routines and spend time on our own wellness routines, meet new people, enjoying healthy Costa Rican foods and bathe in the Healing Blue Zones and the Pacific Ocean in Nosara.
